1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or has a functional problem upon delivery.

  • We do not offer money refunds under any circumstances. Only replacement with a functional product is possible.

2. Timeframe for Notification

  • Customers must notify us of any issue on the same day of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after the second day (48 hours) of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and proof of purchase.

  • The product will be inspected. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided.

4. Process for Exchange

  1. Contact us immediately on the same day via phone or email.

  2. Provide order details, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you may return the item to us for replacement.

5. Important Notes

  • No cash refunds or credit refunds will be issued.

  • Exchange is limited strictly to defective or damaged items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for exchange.
